Terms & Conditions

Prices stated in this web are current and quoted in Ringgit Malaysia. Prices quoted are ex-warehouse Kuala Lumpur and shall exclude the cost of packing, transportation and any other taxes where applicable.

Whilst every endeavour will be made to maintain the prices quoted, the company reserves the right to effect changes without prior notice at anytime before dispatch.

Terms of Payment
In the absence of any written agreement to the contrary payment shall be made:

i) By cash, Ringgit Malaysia bank draft or cheque drawn on a bank in Malaysia with the order.
ii) By irrevocable Letter of Credit if the company so agrees.
iii) By telegraphic transfer with all bank charges to the buyers account.
iv) Direct online bank-in to Malayan Banking Bhd, A/c No.: 012147-204502
v) Credit Card – Master Card & Visa


Where written agreement agreed upon :

i) Nett 30 days from date of Invoice or any other otherwise agreed.

All orders are delivered F.O.C within Klang Valley or to your local transporter. Quotation of transportation freight charges and insurance are available on request.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation or part cancellation of an order can only be accepted after prior negotiation and agreement to terms.

TECH-LAB SCIENTIFIC will guarantee PROTECH equipment for a period of twelve months from the date of installation against faulty workmanship and fabricated materials. This guarantee covers the replacements only free of charge of components parts found to be defective during this period.

Should a malfunction occur or condition develop beyond reasonable acceptance the company will accept responsibility for returning the unit to its factory specification at no cost to the Purchaser providing that the operating instructions have been observed and the defect is due solely to faulty design, material and workmanship. That the defective part be returned, freight paid to the nearest sales service office, the Company shall service the affected component and despatch, freight prepaid, within the working ten days of receipt. Units outside the warranty period will be accepted and repairs will be covered under an extension of the above for 90 days.

In remote installations where it is not possible for the company’s or agent’s engineers to attend, authority may be given to allow the Purchaser to arrange such service.

The Purchaser is required to remit the purchase price of the unit to the supplier within the terms of that supplier’s condition of sale. The Company will accept no liability or shall its agents for consequent damage of any kind due to a malfunction or component failure.
